Dear Bagel Family,

This Thanksgiving, we're reflecting on the incredible journey we've shared this year. It's a time of gratitude, and we want to extend our heartfelt thanks to you – our amazing community – for your unwavering support and enthusiasm.

Just a year ago, I had stepped away from the corporate world, full of uncertainty but driven by a passion for bagels. The post-BagelFest period was a mix of excitement and introspection. The bagel tours, although challenging at times (think single-person tours in freezing weather!), sparked a joy in our guests that I couldn’t ignore.

That spark ignited a flame when you asked for more than just tours – you wanted to dive hands-on into the world of bagel making. After an extensive search, I found the perfect bagel partner in Reva, and we found a home for our bagel classes at Bagel Market. Meanwhile, the tours gained such momentum that we welcomed Xander and Aidan aboard, expanding our team to meet the growing interest.

Fast forward to today, and I am humbled to share some remarkable recognitions that our tours and classes have received in the past few weeks:

Your participation and feedback have been instrumental in reaching these milestones. And now, we’re seeking your input to continue improving and reaching new heights.

If you’ve taken part in one of our experiences, we invite you to share your thoughts through this survey. And if you haven’t yet joined us, we’d like to hear from you here!

As a token of our appreciation, participants who complete the survey by Thursday, December 7th will have a chance to win 2 free tickets to an Artisan Bagel Rolling Class (valued at $335). It’s a perfect gift, whether for yourself or a fellow bagel lover.

So, from the bottom of my heart - thank you. Wishing you and yours a warm and joyous Thanksgiving, Keep on rollin’!
